The KINGTUT Blues Band is:
Robert Tut
Campbell
Electric and Acoustic Guitars, Lead Vocals, Slide Guitar, Banjo
and more. Hailing from Atlanta with many years of live and studio experience,
he's quite accomplished. And in the tradition of Freddie King and others,
he puts everything he has into every tune.
Tut also collects and deals in hard-to-find, desirable/vintage
guitars. If you want to talk guitar turkey, he's ready. You can see his
guitar wall on the gallery page.
Dale "Griz" Adams
Keys,
Piano, Sax, Guitar, Lead and Backing Vocals. Dale 'Griz' Adams' first
love was saxophone at an early age. During his career he has performed
with such blues greats as Big Mama Thornton and Freddy King. His gravel-textured
Howling Wolf style vocals are evident on covers by George Thorogood, Delbert
McClinton, and Muddy Waters. Griz can play as many as a dozen different
instruments, and really shines on alto sax and blues harp.
Brian Patrick Hargiss
Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, now residing near Branson, MO, Brian has toured extensively throughout America and around the world. Brian has backed up and shared top billing with Boz Scaggs, ZZ TOP, Jerry Jeff Walker, BJ. Thomas, Ronnie Milsap and many more.
Jessie Wilson
Drums, Percussion, Vocals. Jesse is an accomplished musician, known for his emotionally charged expressive drumming. Versatile, experienced, and rock solid, he has played in many areas of the midwestern and southern United States. Fellow band members refer to Jesse as "just what the doctor ordered" with his soulful take on the blues as a part of the KINGTUT Blues Band.
